Mr. P.G. Masela is a career wildlife manager at KWS whose interest in Wildlife Conservation started at an early age and was enhanced through school membership of Wildlife Clubs of Kenya (WCK) and eventual training in Wildlife Conservation and Management at College level.

Exposure in the 26-year Career period, has resulted in capacity and rising through the ranks from an Assistant Warden to Assistant Director, while serving in National Parks and Wildlife Stations covering Marine, Savannah & Mountain Ecosystems and whose focus range from Wildlife Security, Community Conservation and Tourism aspects.

Has attended many Local, Regional and International forums covering Wildlife Conservation and Management, Community Relations ,Integrated Coastal Zone Management, Sustainable Tourism Development, Trans-frontier National Parks, Tourism Travel Markets and experiential visits to Africa, Americas and European Protected areas.

Experience includes interactions on Environment and Wildlife Conservation with a variety of groups ranging from School Institutions, the Diplomatic Community, Conservation Organizations and other Public Audiences.

Paul holds a Diploma in Wildlife Conservation & Management. He is the KWS Spokesperson and Head of Corporate Communications since July, 2014. His key responsibilities involve ensuring Effective Internal and External Communications  as well as providing a public voice and forging a positive corporate image for the organization.

His work involves close collaboration with other communications sector entities at local, regional and international levels.
